We were fortunate enough to work with Rolling Homes on their first project and were involved from concept as changes had to be made to accommodate this being a park model and not a house but with the quality construction of a house.

We have now been living in our park model for about 16 months and are absolutely delighted with it. It is cozy but spacious and because it was customised for us it has everything we need plus extras. Our kitchen has more drawer and cupboard space than our kitchen in our main residence and our grandchildren delight in the loft space upstairs designated to them. Many groups have toured our home and have all been awed by it.

One of our most pleasant surprises was how fuel efficient our Rolling Home is due to the outstanding construction.

Elaine and I were considering purchasing a lot at Trestle RV for a while but

were hesitant about the buying one and then buying a standard park model

trailer.  When we saw the park models that Rolling Homes build, this became

a game changer for us. The quality and comfort of these custom park models

is outstanding. Each one of them is a unique design and Mark and Danielle's

contribution to custom design is amazing.  We just love our new lake home

made by Rolling Homes.

Patrick and I cannot thank Mark and Danielle, plus their team enough for our beautiful 44ft.by 12ft. wide, two-bedroom, Park Model, (recreation home). 

Our home was specifically designed to meet the views of the lake, our property and family.  Danielle was excellent support, assisting with the modern interior design, created to fit the dimensions, utilizing every millimeter of space to meet our need as well as the property layout. 

From the start to finish, Mark and Danielle work collaboratively, communicating with ourselves and all of the trades people, developing the plans to complete the project in subsequent order and expected date of delivery.   With Marks carpentry knowledge and expertise, the quality of the build is excellent inside and out!  They used superior product and went that extra mile to make sure that we were very happy with the results of the build. 

We were also very pleased with the written contract, details of payment were presented in a trusting, legal format. 

Having visited Great Central Lake B.C., and viewed many of their Park Model builds.  Knowing people at our recreation property that have a Rolling Hills Park Model, made our decision much easier.
